For online applications on the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal (WSP) you need a registered account. There are currently two different accounts:
As a citizen, you can also register via the BundID. BundID provides you with a centralised account to identify all your online applications (e.g. with an online ID).
The company account is intended for partnerships and corporations. Registration is via the [ELSTER portal ] (https://www.elster.de/eportal/entrepreneur-oriented/registration process). For this you need your company tax number. Further information on [Registration of a company account] (https://info.mein-unternehmenskonto.de/) can be found here.
After registering with BundID or the company account, you can log in to the WSP.NRW with the account and carry out the desired online procedures there.
