Model Certificate of Receipt

via a commercial advertisement submitted in the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (service.wirtschaft.nrw)

The business registration, re-registration and de-registration processes can be carried out electronically via the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (service.wirtschaft.nrw). At the end of the process, the trader receives an automatically generated receipt of the trade advertisement. This receipt is valid without signature and seal. It is equivalent to the certificate in paper form (the so-called "commercial certificate") issued by the competent regulatory authority.
