Training is offered on a quarterly basis for the Jira ticket system, the downstream system of the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (WSP.NRW).

The training dates and dial-in dates can be found here.

Participation via computers is recommended, as the screen is shared during the training. A separate dial-in via telephone is possible.

Online training on the Jira ticket system

The contents of the training are:

  • general information about WSP.NRW
  • general introduction to the Jira ticket system
  • specific explanations of the Jira ticket system regarding the payment scenarios (upstream payment, downstream payment, mixed payment by advance and residual fee) including procedure for processing applications
