New quality of use in the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (WSP.NRW)

Are you looking for a list of planned initiatives to improve user orientation? The WSP.NRW focuses on users. Here you can find more information about the new quality of use in the WSP.NRW.

Introduction

The Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (WSP.NRW) is based on open source technologies and solutions (Drupal, Botpress, Rocket.Chat, Form.io). The use of this software in the public sector has resulted in specific solutions that extend the existing open source codes with administration-specific functions and possibilities (GovCMS, GovBot, GovChat, GovForms).

In NRW, functions have been added (land design, interfaces to existing NRW systems), which are based on the open technologies mentioned above. The architecture in the WSP.NRW is therefore a compilation of source-open technologies and their administrative and NRW-specific extensions. Proprietary elements are only occasionally used. For example, different technologies such as Jira, OSCI/DVDV or FIT-Connect can be used for data routing and transport.
