State of implementation of EfA implementation projects

The service portfolio of the WSP.NRW refers to many heterogeneous administrative services from a wide variety of subject areas, which lie within the sovereignty of many different specialist authorities. For this reason, a definite overview of the status of implementation and the service portfolio of the WSP.NRW is given below.

In the WSP.NRW, around 400 economic-related administrative services are currently being implemented in accordance with the EfA principle and made available to the other federal states for shared use. A large part of the administrative services that are digitized in the WSP.NRW are in the field of corporate management and development. In addition, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy (MWIKE) has taken over other services of the Online Access Act (OZG), which come from the fields of environment, work and retirement, taxation and customs, mobility and travel as well as cross-cutting services. MWIKE is represented in 6 of 14 topics.

In implementing the Online Access Act, NRW is responsible for ten EfA implementation projects.
