The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MWIKE) has assumed responsibility for the implementation of ten EfA implementation projects.

introduction

The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MWIKE) has assumed responsibility for the implementation of ten EfA implementation projects. MWIKE develops centrally operated online services as one-for-all services that can be used nationwide and across levels. These services cover a wide range of subject areas of the Online Access Act (OZG): Above all, the topic of corporate management and development (UFE), but also on the topics of taxation and customs, the environment as well as mobility and travel.

We digitize online services for founders, entrepreneurs and freelancers. With around 400 digitally available online services, the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (WSP.NRW) lays the foundation for a central digital gateway for the economy in North Rhine-Westphalia and in all other federal states.

NRW is working on the project of the IT Planning Council for Register Modernization together with the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the other leading federal states of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hamburg. This project lays the foundation for a media-free retrieval of detection data in a national once-only data exchange. This data exchange is largely based on European requirements in a digital single market.

Gradually, applicants can provide central evidence data via the WSP.NRW free of media disruption – controlled via the online services provided by NRW. As early as 2022, the first registers were connected to the WSP.NRW without media disruption. Via the modular system during the development of the online services, the proof calls are then available directly in all online services.
