يمكن إجراء عمليات التسجيل وإعادة التسجيل وإلغاء التسجيل إلكترونيًا عبر Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (service.wirtschaft.nrw). في نهاية العملية، يتلقى التاجر استلام ولدت تلقائيا من الإعلان التجاري. هذا الإيصال صالح بدون توقيع وختم. وهو ما يعادل الشهادة في شكل ورقي (ما يسمى "الشهادة التجارية") الصادرة عن السلطة التنظيمية المختصة.
